    Amy Myers Jaffe of UC Davis responds to a question about using the next 20 years to make choices that will benefit our climate.  "The reality is that it will take at least a decade to turn over the current car fleet [...] that's just the wait it is, and if we don't like it, we need to take that action ourselves," said Jaffe.
